CONTRIBUTOR AND SUBMISSION POLICY

VisionForward Magazine welcomes stories, interviews, articles, photographs, announcements, and feature ideas that support our mission and editorial focus.

SUBMISSION DOES NOT GUARANTEE PUBLICATION

Submitting material does not guarantee acceptance, publication, placement in a particular issue, social-media promotion, compensation, or return of submitted materials.

VisionForward Magazine may accept, reject, postpone, edit, or remove submitted content at its editorial discretion.

ORIGINALITY AND ACCURACY

By submitting material, the contributor confirms that:

• The submission is original or properly licensed
• The contributor has the authority to submit it
• The material does not knowingly contain false or misleading information
• Quotations and factual claims are represented accurately
• Sources are credited appropriately
• The submission does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights
• The submission is not defamatory, unlawful, plagiarized, or generated through deceptive means

Previously published material must be disclosed at the time of submission.

PHOTOGRAPHS, LOGOS, AND CREATIVE MATERIALS

Contributors must have permission to provide every photograph, logo, illustration, recording, or other creative work included with a submission.

The person submitting photographs is responsible for obtaining necessary permission from the photographer, copyright owner, and identifiable individuals shown. Images involving minors must have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Photo credit information must be provided whenever available.

EDITING AND HEADLINES

VisionForward Magazine reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, grammar, style, length, formatting, legal concerns, and consistency with the magazine’s mission.

Headlines, captions, pull quotes, layouts, photographs, and promotional descriptions may be created or revised by the editorial team.

When practical, contributors may be contacted about substantial changes. Final headlines, layouts, placement, and publication decisions belong to VisionForward Magazine.

PUBLICATION RIGHTS

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, contributors retain the copyright to their original work.

By submitting and approving material for publication, the contributor grants VisionForward Magazine and Allen Studios Holdings, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, display, and promote the material in print, digital editions, websites, email communications, social media, promotional materials, and related platforms.

This permission includes the use of the contributor’s name, approved biography, photograph, article title, excerpts, and submitted materials for promoting the published feature and VisionForward Magazine.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is provided only when confirmed in a written agreement before publication. Submission or publication alone does not create an obligation to pay the contributor, interviewee, photographer, organization, or representative.

INTERVIEWS AND APPROVAL

Interview participants may request verification of names, titles, dates, or direct quotations. Unless agreed to in writing beforehand, interview participants are not automatically entitled to approve the complete article, headline, layout, photographs, editorial commentary, or publication date.

DISCLOSURE OF RELATIONSHIPS

Contributors must disclose any financial, personal, professional, ministry, political, or business relationship that could reasonably affect their coverage of a subject.

VisionForward Magazine may decline a submission or add an appropriate disclosure when a conflict of interest exists.

ARTIFICIAL-INTELLIGENCE DISCLOSURE

Contributors must disclose substantial use of generative artificial intelligence in creating submitted writing, artwork, photographs, audio, or other content.

Submissions containing fabricated quotations, invented sources, manipulated documentary photographs, or undisclosed AI-generated reporting may be rejected or removed.

PUBLICATION SCHEDULE

Deadlines are established to support production and may change. Acceptance of a submission does not guarantee publication in a particular issue.

VisionForward Magazine is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late materials, production changes, technical issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

REMOVAL REQUESTS

Published content becomes part of the magazine’s historical record. Requests to remove content will be considered individually but are not automatically granted.

VisionForward Magazine may correct, update, restrict, archive, or remove content when it determines that doing so is appropriate.

HOW TO SUBMIT

All submissions must follow the current instructions posted on the VisionForward Magazine website. Incomplete submissions may not be considered.
