VISIONFORWARD MAGAZINE
ADVERTISING AND SPONSORED CONTENT POLICY

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

VisionForward Magazine welcomes advertising and sponsorships from businesses, ministries, artists, organizations, events, and community partners whose messages are appropriate for our audience.

ACCEPTANCE OF ADVERTISING

VisionForward Magazine reserves the right to accept, reject, request changes to, postpone, or discontinue any advertisement or sponsorship.

Advertising may be rejected if it is misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, threatening, fraudulent, inconsistent with the magazine’s mission, or likely to damage the publication’s reputation.

Acceptance of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement of the advertiser, product, ministry, organization, event, claim, or service.

PAYMENT AND RESERVATIONS

Advertising space is not reserved until required payment and booking information have been received.

Premium placements—including the inside front cover, inside back cover, and back cover—are limited and available on a first-paid, first-reserved basis.

Verbal discussions, inquiries, or preliminary artwork do not guarantee placement.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Advertising payments are generally nonrefundable once space has been reserved or production work has begun.

If VisionForward Magazine cancels an advertisement for reasons unrelated to the advertiser’s violation of these policies, the advertiser may receive a refund, credit, or alternative placement at the magazine’s discretion.

Failure to submit materials by the stated deadline does not automatically entitle the advertiser to a refund.

ARTWORK AND DEADLINES

Advertisers are responsible for submitting complete, publication-ready artwork in the required size, format, and resolution by the established deadline.

VisionForward Magazine is not responsible for reduced print or digital quality resulting from low-resolution, incorrectly sized, incomplete, or improperly formatted materials supplied by the advertiser.

If design services are purchased, the advertiser must provide requested text, photographs, logos, brand colors, and other materials promptly. Design services and revisions are limited to what is included in the purchased package or written agreement.

PROOF APPROVAL

Advertisers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully. Approval confirms that names, dates, prices, contact information, spelling, photographs, logos, and other details are correct.

VisionForward Magazine is not responsible for errors approved by the advertiser or contained in advertiser-supplied artwork.

If an advertiser does not respond by the proof deadline, VisionForward Magazine may publish the most recent approved version, postpone the advertisement, or treat the placement as forfeited.

TRUTHFUL CLAIMS AND PERMISSIONS

Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements.

By submitting an advertisement, the advertiser confirms that:

  • All claims can be supported
  • All prices, dates, offers, and contact information are accurate
  • Necessary permissions have been secured
  • The advertisement does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
  • Testimonials and endorsements are authentic and appropriately disclosed
  • The advertisement complies with applicable laws and industry requirements

SPONSORED FEATURES

Paid articles, business spotlights, ministry spotlights, branded features, and similar promotional content will be identified using wording such as:

  • Sponsored Content
  • Paid Advertisement
  • Sponsored Business Spotlight
  • Sponsored Ministry Spotlight
  • Presented By

Sponsorship does not permit an advertiser to disguise promotional content as independent journalism.

EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

Purchasing advertising does not guarantee favorable editorial coverage, a cover feature, an award, a nomination, an interview, or inclusion in future issues.

Advertisers may review sponsored material for factual accuracy, but VisionForward Magazine retains control over labeling, design standards, placement, and compliance requirements.

PLACEMENT AND PRODUCTION CHANGES

VisionForward Magazine will make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed placements. However, page position, adjacent content, publication dates, and layouts may change because of production requirements.

Specific placement is guaranteed only when expressly confirmed in writing as part of the purchased advertising package.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If VisionForward Magazine is responsible for a material advertising error, its maximum responsibility will generally be limited to correcting the digital advertisement, providing replacement advertising space, issuing an account credit, or refunding the amount paid for the affected placement.

VisionForward Magazine is not responsible for indirect losses, lost sales, lost profits, or expected business results associated with an advertisement.

POLICY ACCEPTANCE

Submitting payment or advertising materials confirms that the advertiser has reviewed and accepted the current advertising rates, deadlines, specifications, and policies.
